whats the name of those funny, rhyming poems that you just Insert your name in it??

i remember when i was younger there were these little funny poems..where you just insert an adjective, nouns, verb..etc. and your name and everything rhymed..whats the name of these poems..is there a website for these poems..please help..thanks :)
