Where can i find love poems online?

i have a best mate and we recently get together and i was hoping to write a poem for him but i am no good so could anyone write me or find where i can get a poem for him please. I want it to show how he was my best mate and i am thankful for him Being there and how much i love him. thanks. xx. i have tried to google it but it isnt working please help :)

3. I once had a heart so tender and true but now it's gone from me to you. so take care as you have done. Because you now have 2 and I now have none. If I go to Haven and your not there. I'll wait for you by the Haven stairs. If your still not there on Judgment Day. I'll know that you went another way. I'll give the angels back there wings. Golden herpes and all of those things. And just to prove that my love is true . I'll go any where just to be with you. Hope you like this. This poem was written for me.
